The initial session fee is higher as Leah is required to write a letter to your GP and score questionnaires outside of session. If you have extenuating circumstances, please discuss with Leah who will make fee decisions on a case by case basis. Medicare does not allow patients to pay just the gap fee, you have to pay the full session fee and the rebate of $128.40 will go into your account.
COMPLETION OF FORMS
Price on Application – there is a fee for the completion of forms. If forms cannot be completed in session, there is a fee, as it will require Leah to complete in her own time.
Forms include – housing applications, centrelink forms, superannuation claim forms,NDIS, income protection claims.
REPORTS & COURT ATTENDANCE
There is a fee for Leah to do reports to Centrelink, insurers, court etc. The fee will be determined by what is required and how long it will take (price on request).
