FEE STRUCTURE
July each year - Please note fees increase annually by approximately $8-10 from July. The APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees (as at 1 July 2024) is $300 per session. However, Leah has two fee structures which take into account those who hold a current and valid concession card (e.g., disability support pension, aged pension or health care card).
Medicare does not allow patients to pay just the gap fee, you have to pay the full session fee and the rebate will go into your account within 24 hours.
Please provide 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. I f your appointment is confirmed by you and you do not show on the day, 100% session cost is incurred for non-attendance.

Fees up until 30 June 2024
Non-Concession Card holders - per session $227.05, rebate of $137.05, with a gap fee of $90.00.
Concession Card holders - per session $212.05, rebate of $137.05, with a gap fee of $75.00.
There is a $9 increase to fees for patients from 1 July 2024, in terms of an out-of-pocket expenses;
with the rest of the fee increase being partially funded by Medicare.
COMPLETION OF FORMS
Price on Application – there is a fee for the completion of forms. If forms cannot be completed in session, there is a fee, as it will require Leah to complete in her own time.
Forms include – housing applications, Centrelink forms, superannuation claim forms,NDIS, income protection claims.
REPORTS & COURT ATTENDANCE
There is a fee for Leah to do reports to Centrelink, insurers, court etc. The fee will be determined by what is required and how long it will take (price on request).
